Donna Held, M.S.Ed., combines her vision, knowledge, and passion to influence organizational strategy, infrastructure management and personal growth development.
As a veteran head of K-12 schools and classroom teacher in Los Angeles, Ms. Held has successfully applied her skills in the process of change, strengthening student engagement and achievement. She is recognized as an educator, aiming to challenge and develop the unique abilities of learners.
Ms. Held holds a Master of Science degree in education from California State University as well as a gifted and talented endorsement and a graduate certificate in online teaching and learning. Subsequently, her expertise comprises gifted education, virtual teaching and learning, educational technology, and instructional design.
Additionally, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies and holds California and Idaho teaching credentials. Her teacher preparation specialized in gifted education, project based integrated curriculum models, and learner-centered practices.
