Vision–Knowledge–Passion

Donna Held, M.S.Ed., a forward thinking educator, combines her vision, knowledge, and passion to influence organizational strategy, infrastructure management, and personal growth development. 

As a veteran teacher and the head of K-12 schools in Los Angeles, Ms. Held has successfully applied her skills in the process of change, strengthening student engagement, and achievement. She is recognized as an innovative and visionary educator, focused on meeting the needs of learners. 

 

Ms. Held received a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies and earned a California teaching credential from San Francisco State University. Her teacher preparation specialized in gifted education, project based integrated curriculum models, and constructivist, learner-centered practices.

Ms. Held holds a Master of Science degree in education and a graduate certificate in online teaching and learning from California State University, East Bay. Subsequently, her expertise comprises virtual teaching and learning, educational technology, and virtual instructional design.

My defining vision is inspiring others to succeed by facilitating a process of collaboration and teamwork.
